Lets talk Magnesium Baths

Let’s talk Magnesium Salt baths vs Epsom Salt baths

Spending time in a magnesium (MG) bath is a great way to unwind and relax your body. Many have been using Epsom salts to get these wonderful effect, however I’d like to introduce a level up on your relaxation/magnesium bath game 😉

Magnesium Chloride baths 🛀
Magnesium Flakes look similar to Epsom Salts but they are not exactly the same. A key difference between Epsom Salt and Magnesium Chloride Flakes is the rate of absorption into the body. The molecular structure of Magnesium Chloride is much more easily absorbed into the body than that of Epsom Salt.

They are both wonderful, but we have found that the effects of Magnesium Chloride may be much more effective and penetrative. Magnesium Chloride has a long list of benefits, from helping to ease cramps, reduce severity of migraines and stress, to promoting a restful night’s sleep.

Both Epsom Salts and Magnesium Flakes have their own individual benefits and we do recommend different uses at different times to our clients.
If you were wondering why we recommend which and why.

This is it ☺️
